Greetings, Would it be possible to get a copy of the V4RB_Reference_2_en.pdf that has BOOKMARKS in it? The one I got from the web-site does not have any such beasties in it. THUMBNAILS of pages with print so small it is illegible. But not one single BOOKMARK. I find them useful for quickly going to someplace I want to read. Regards, Chuck
