Unfortunately, I didn't grab a copy of 2.0.1, but I uninstalled the latest 
version (incidentally, Ruslan, there is no version information associated 
with this latest 2.0.2 build) and went back to 2.0.0 which ran the 
Database_CreateCloseOpen example without problems.
