V4WS 1.11 cannot enter serial number

Ruslan,

it is no longer possible to enter the V4WS serial number using 1.11 (or
adjust the cache size).

In WebSiphon.acgi go to the Preferences menu -> Builtin Preferences
->ValentinaLib Preferences and try to select it. Instead of a window
opening where you can enter the serial number and cache size nothing
happens. I checked and this was the case in 1.10 too.

I had been using 1.9.7 where this wasn't a problem.
