Tricky REALBasic bug with assignment in DIM statement

Right,  it is easy work around but very subtle bug that many people 
will not be aware of.
Just wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of the issue.

Again this is NOT a valentina issue, but is a RealBasic issue.
