VXCMD and binding

How do I implement binding with the VXCMD version of
Valentina?  I know I need a query like "INSERT INTO
Table1 VALUES(:1,:2,:3)", and then I need an array of
values.  What I can't figure out is how to pass that
array of values to my query.  Do I include it as a
parameter of the Database_SQLExecute function?  If so,
that doesn't seem to work.  It crashes my application.
 Any help would be appreciated.
