[V4Rb Client] error 1104

Okay; the bad names I was passing were "MaxRAM" and "DisableDNS".  
Since they were listed as .ini parameters, I assumed that they were 
legal.  I also note that it appears that the error variable is not 
cleared when I make the next (legal) call.
