table aliases

Does valentina support table aliases? 

Would the following sql work within valentina:


"select wstr_id, wstr_number, wstr_title from wstr,
wwri as ai, wwrd as a where( wstr_id = ai.wwri_wstr_id
) and (ai.wwri_wwrd_id = a.wwrd_id ) and (a.wwrd_word
= 'biology'  ) order by wstr_number"

'Wwri as ai' being one of the aliases.

I need to do a text search and without tables aliases
