[VSRV] ConnnectionCount on V4MD

[X Y]

ahhh in the v4rbreference.pdf
it noted that ConnectionCount was a property of
VServer class...so this is not working?

in addition, do you have any clue as to a win sock
error 10093. I restarted the machine yet still cannot
opensession.
