Accented field names

Mmmh, I think it's an encoding issue, since it's perfectly working here with
RB 3.5

Assuming that
- the SQLString = "SELECT Référence FROM Contacts"
- that this string is from an EditField
- and RB 5 default encoding for EditField is UTF8,
perhaps it's needed to convert the string to a MacRoman encoding or any
other default system encoding ?
