Encryption and Win32

Set Structure Encryption works for me.
I have problems with the return value of the function not displaying that the function was successful or not.
I do have problems with SetFieldEncryption, and had to resort to using AES encryption and b64 encoding, then placing encrypted data in the field.

Ruslan, Did the encryption functions returning correct values get fixed?
