[VServer] NT4 error 10093

We need wait for Igor's answer.

As I remember from this issue:

- when you enter IP of computer to connect, Vserver do DNS lookup to try
change IP on its symbolic name. E.g.
    
        111.222.545.87  ->    www.paradigmasoft.com

Sometimes DNS lookup is not available.

I wonder that this cause ERROR,
I think Igor should check this and redo to still continue.


-- also sometimes you can wish set this OFF, to not waste time on DNS
lookup. I do not remember if this flag already was added to Vserver.
