Please remind me, if I have add to V4WS flags for record locks?

Into SqlSelect() ?

I do not see that you use them.
And it seems you use 1.9.8b8 which is not 1.9.8 release.

Please check docs.

SqlSelect() now must have flags kReadWrite to allow modification of cursor
