a couple of licensin questions

i have a V4MD x platform license
now i would like to purchase a V4RB license for windows only,(weird ?)

cant find that option (V4RB windows only), is it possible?

what about upgrade pricing strategy for v2, will you have a "grace period"
where
you can upgrade to v2 for a reduced cost provided you have bought a license
within
a certain time?
