V4RB WIN examples

Hi Niklas,

Can be 2 reasons

1) missing extentions.

2) but most probably,
    examples are in RB 2 format.
    it seems RB WIN IDE is not able open so old format.

If you have MAC, you can open and re-save example project on MAC,
Then it must start to work
