ErrNumber 2 on V4RB 1.10 Win

No ... but I have simplified it now:

I made a Windows built and copy it to the XP machine.

Run it, choose the database (also on the XP machine), DB.open - result 
is Error 2. ObjectCount is zero.

The same DB file does work with the same source code on mac. No 
encryption.
