It is 80-90% the same to V4MD.

It have just one new OPTIONAL Vserver Xtra for remote administration of
Vserver.

You can read in latest V4MDReference.pdf.
It is on site.

And you can download Vserver and V4MD_Client beta archive
To play with examples.
