But have you check that
1) your tables do have ObjectPtrs?
2) they do not have set target BaseObject ?


This is only feature of VAPP -- check ObjectPtrs and show in red such
tables.

VXCMD and others still can open such db and even work with separate single
tables until you do not try make joins. Only on joins you will get errors of
course.

What wonder me, why you have start get in VXCMD error
    "BaseObject Not Found"

What error code was?
