[V4RB] DB corruption

An unfortunately popular topic arises again... My multilingual editor app
generates some big databases for my client. Something has gone wrong with a
particular file. A diagnose tells me that one base object has an incorrect
record count, which is easily fixed. However, my editor still refuses to
open the file, reporting a 524 error, and if I do an XML dump, I see that
two BaseObjects have disappeared completely! ViSQL can't see the BaseObjects
either, so there's something fairly major wrong in here. Any other ways of
extracting data?
