IMPROVED [V4MD] work with pictures

Hi Martin,

I have implement all syntaxes you have point.
Now works: 


1) binding to ISENRT
       

2) member("name").picture
 

3) curs.AddRecord( [2, member("name").picture] )
   curs.AddRecord( [2, member("name")] )


4) myPict = curs.Getfield()
   member("name").picture = myPict
        

I have test this on MacOS X.
Martin can you now work on OS X?
You prefer V4MD Carbon or Classic?
