[VSRV] Can't get an updateable cursor with VXCMD

I just sent you a project (MetaCard 2.5.1, Mac OS X 10.2.6, latest
version of the server and VXCMD client (which I believe is a33).

I get the Error 605 in both Cursor_AddRecord and Cursor_UpdateRecord.
