VSDK Get/Set Picture

Hello Ruslan,

Trying to find any docs (failed so far) on the parameter
in/outPuctType for Get/PutPicture in VDK_Picture, but so far no luck.

Is that supposed to be a constant, or something else??
Where is that constant defined?
