Olly, I can reproduce Stack Overflow error in your example.
I have no idea for now why it happens.
 

I wonder, in table PRICES you have 2 ObjectPtrs.
But you do IMPORT into these fields also from ASCII file.
This is normally not correct way.
This not explain problem, but just point to you.
