LockType, CursorLocation,CursorDirection

Yes I use RB. In the Docs (VKernel, p.37) I can find a description, but 
no example of SQLSelect. In Standard SQL-Descriptions I cannot find the 
correct syntax. The only thing I can read (p.37) is: "you need to 
specify 3 parameters" but where? Is it with the SELECT-clause, the 
WHERE-Clause .. ??
