Vserver WIN and V4MD client win a40 uploaded

Hi all,

You can download a40 for Vserver and V4MD Client Windows.

1) implemented encryption methods
2) implemented db.Dump() LoadDump() methods
3) implemented  ObjectPtr SetDeletionControl() and setTarget() methods
4) implemented work with pictures SetPicture / GetPicture in V4MD


I hope today later build MAC archives of a40.


As far as we see not implemented left only
    Cursor.ImportASCII()  /  Cursor.ExportASCII()
