[V4RB] Problem adding records

Hi,

Yes, the problem exists. If the database has the 'Read only' privilege 
Valentina doesn't return errors at all. I am talking about Panther. 
When I add a record nothing happens and no error is returned. I simply 
get GerRecID=0.
