Help with Pictures

Can you be a little more specific/descriptive about this feedback? Am I
supposed to add these parameters to the cursor creating call? If so, where
in the order? If so, to what should I set them? If I understand these
parameters correctly, they deal with read/write abilities. However, the
current cursor is writing text fields correctly and is writing 3.7 MB of
some kind of data to the database.
