Server Xtra connection error again

Please, verify that remote server is really started and if so verify it's
port number from the log file and compare it with that one you specifying on
connect.
If even there is an error in VServer code that we MUST see
coresponding log entries. Otherwise it is a problem with your network
settings.

This is not Windows error as long as I know.
This is not VSRV error.
And this is not VClient error.

Have you tried to connect not embedded server?

So you can ping the server from the remote client?
I.e. you tried something like:
    <ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>
and this works?
