[V4RB] vCursor.importText & booleans

G'day Folks

Breaking back into programming after a spell battling unemployment,  
black dogs & other demons ...

Can the importText method of vCursor handle boolean fields?
If so what values should be used for true & false?
The strings "true" & "false"?
