[V4MD] LoadDump() and error 666

Maybe my computer is possessed, but when I try LoadDump() I get either no result
and no new database, or "error 666" and no new database.

I can't find error 666 in the docs.

Wait -- Tried it again with no database open, and it worked. And now my .blb
file is 129KB rather than 60MB! But do I have to do this anytime I put data into
the database? I wouldn't expect this magnitude of compaction to be necessary on
such a small and simple database, freshly created.
