Please look at this param list


"new object me, * -- [string host], [string UserName],
            [string UserPassw], [Port], [TimeOut], [string Options]. \n"


"new object me, string host, string UserName, string UserPassw, *
                -- [integer Port], [integer Timeout], [Options].\n"


So it seems you simply not correctly send params.
