[V4MD] SetPicture Bug

Hi Ruslan,

I found out that the bug when saving pictures into a picture field,
actually has a pattern. somehow the right most vertical 1-pixel column
is the same as the first 1-pixel column of the picture.

so, for example if you have a red square picture, with the left most
1-pixel column (the first pixel to the left, top to bottom) in blue and
the right most 1-pixel column (the last pixel to the right, top to bottom)
in green and you save it in a picture field, then after retrieving that
picture from the db again, the right most 1-pixel column will be blue!!!
how's that for a bug ?
