[FIXED] Bug in kernel in INDEX

Hi guys,

Debugging project of Francois, I have discover bug in the INDEX !!!
Many months was no bugs in indexes found.

It have happens for values with many repeat ions AND when we delete records.
Don't know if it could cause any logical problems, but at least some my
asserts did complain, and it at least have eat some space on pages.

Now so far on list was reports about glitches with deletion from index.
May happens this is that bug.
