[V4WS] valSQLExecute

Same problem here with 1.9.6.!
compiler says that valSQLExecute() is undefined

We are using V4WS 1.9.6 (i belive it is a fixed
version from 12.12.2002. You send me this copy
because of problems we encountered with
valMakeNewField)
