You mean the 4D web server? Basically, it's integrated into the environment.
Once I create a menubar and forms, I activate the web server and 4D does the
HTML translation for me. Or I can design my own HTML and use 4D specific
tags to achieve the same effect. It also supports SSL, SOAP, and other
standards I have no idea how to use right now. :-)

The Apache/PHP/Valentina Server option is compelling, but, unfortunately,
not currently available and I'm on a deadline. But if this project gets as
big as I hope, there will be plenty of time for a rewrite later. Hopefully
Valentina Server and maybe even 2.0 will be ready by then.

BTW, what are the timetables for Server and 2.0?
