Vserver and V4RB Client a7 uploaded

Hi guys,

At first what is new:

* Now you can delete db from disk, a record in master db still present about
that deleted db, but now db.Create() will works fine.
* Now database names are case insensitive.
* removed VerboseLevel = 4.

Keith, please test server and V4Rb client at.
Use RB 4.5.3 at first. DebugLevel(2).
Check V4RB output.
Send it to me.

On my side I get such console messages on File->New menu
