This portion of the RB ftp directory appears to be down for me too. I put
4.5.3 on my site for a few days. This is the archive as released by RB, just
the binary and release notes.

Also, Rulsan did you know that the paradigmasoft FTP site is not usable with
Apple's new Safari browser (it uses the X finder to mount ftp volumes)? I
can mount the directory, but dragging a file to the desktop always throws an
error. I have to launch Transmit to access your site. I do not have this
trouble with anyone else's ftp sever.
