[HELP] Simplest Macho app with menu

Can you help me with creation of simplest Macho-BSD app that have menu?
I need this for first alpha of Server.

I need from you simplest Cocoa project, where is called some empty C++
function, so I can insert here creation of instance of server.

I have try CW project "Cocoa application",
But it in main() simply create NSApplicationMain().
I don't know where insert now

    pSever = new Vserver()
    
And several other C++ lines.

Can you help ?
