Hi All,

1.9.8b2 of all that products is uploaded.

- [KERNEL][BUG]        VarChar > 32KB have glitches.
- [KERNEL][BUG][X]     GetPath() do not touch now const char*,
                       so no crash.
- [KERNEL][BUG]        Aggregate functions on JOIN with ONE record
                       did not produce result.
- [KERNEL][BUG]        Encryption fail, when you delete some record at
                       the end of table, then you work with other records
                       close to the end of table.

- [VXCMD][BUG]         Field_SetEncryption, now not returns error 310.
- [VXCMD][BUG]         Cursor_AddRecords, now correctly work with
                       default recDelimiter.

- [VAPP][FIX]          Now it can open db from folder that have
                       for us Read-Only permission.

NOTE:
    
* in V4RB you can note, that now db.SqlSelect() have new parameters.
Do not use this parameters for now.
They are intended for V4RB Client, to be used with Valentina Server.
