VXCMD 1.9.7 for windows ?

Hi VXCMD developers,

Anybody have already use VXCMD 1.9.7 on windows ?

Peter say that he cannot open db with it, but can with 1.9.6.
It looks like broken Open( path ).

But I do not see mistakes.

So I need confirmation from somebody else to start hard debugging of VXCMD
WIN.
