VSDK Framework problem with Project Builder

I decided to try out Valentina for Project Builder under OS X after 
giving up on REAL Software to fix or work around a long standing bug. 
So, I downloaded the vsdk_pb.tar.gz file and tried to build the first 
example. I got an error.

VSDK/VDK_Parameter.h: No such file or directory

I looked in the framework directory, and indeed the file is missing. 
Did I download the wrong file, or is this an oversight that can be 
easily corrected?
