MONTH() doesn't sort properly...

Hi Folks,

So I've figured out how to use Methods, and that's spiffy. However, 
while using v.1.9.7, I find that MONTH() doesn't sort properly. It 
returns the correct integer, but doesn't sort. As a workaround, I've 
had to do ABS(MONTH()).

Can anyone verify this bug?
