V4RB Performance on Windows

Windows - Director V4MB ...

Create 15 tables with over 90 fields,
Populate one table with 1000 records (BLOB)
( Includes time to read each file from drive and put into record)

Populate 14 tables with about 10 records each.
Build 10 indices

About 6 seconds.
