VXCMD Windows Error 3

Hello,

Can anyone confirm having a problem opening a database with the latest
version of VXCMD.DLL (1.9.7Final) and MetaCard 2.4.3 & 2.5b4.

Can open database at path "C:/ValFinal/myDBase.vdb" with VXCMD.DLL
(1.9.6Final 27Oct2002). When substitute 1.9.7Final version (nothing else
changed) get Error 3 returned.

Error 3 = System cannot find path specified.

What has changed ?
