How to get started with Valentina and ProjectBuilder

This may be a very dumb question, but how do I get started using 
Valentina in
ProjectBuilder on Mac OS X?

I downloaded the "vsdk_pb.tar.gz" file which is supposed to be the 
framework
for ProjectBuilder, and when I unpack the archive, the folder created 
"VSDK_PB"
is essentially empty except for one readme file and an example folder
that contains just a single file: "InfoPlist.strings" and nothing else 
that
I can see.

Am I missing something obvious?
