Correct. Actually, VDN is going to include some low simultanous internal
usage versions of Valentina 2 Server.

A few considerations --

VDN subscribers will get a reseller discount on Valentina 2 Server
products. So whatever we charge the public, you can  buy them for less.

We will have academic pricing for Valentina 2 Server. I havent
calculated that yet, but its on my to-do list. Since these too, will be
resold, VDN subscribers can buy these academic ones for resale. So an
academic institution could become a VDN subscriber, and get very nice
discounts on Valentina 2 Servers. Of course, a part of the subscription
will be that you must only sell Academic versions to verified academic
buyers, just like any academic reseller is supposed to do.
