Valentina VXCMD Startup, OSX.2.6 & RunRev 2.0.1

  Thanks to those of you who kindly posted help for me in getting the
Valentina XCMD to initialize properly with MacOSX.2.6 and RunRev 2.0.1, I
was finally able to get it going today. To summarize:

a. The Macho version of the VXCMD should be in the same folder as as RunRev
2.0.
b. There is no need for the CODE resource to be installed in the target
stack.
c. The path to the externals for the target stack must be set to specify:

  set the externals of this stack to "./VXCMD_macho" (or whatever's
appropriate).

  What threw me was not realizing that the specification of the externals
required a closing and restarting of the stack (and purge from memory) -- I
kept tinkering with the externals specification, but never restarting. The
necessity of restarting is clearly specified in the RunRev helps, so it was
my oversight.

  Now if i could just consistenly type valentina instead of valentine,
because my fingers are so used to the latter!
