Downloaded again, but still the same.
Yes, I can see that site says June 15, that the tar archive was created 
on June 14, but all internal files are from Februari. Also the folder 
VSDK_PB is from Februari. What files should have changed?
Could you try to name the new version something like 1.9.7b ?
