Project Builder demo error

When I try to compile Example1(ANSI) I get a build error (I already 
removed the braces in the folder name -- please update these examples 
as not everyone dives immediately into the mailing list archives):

In file included from 
/Library/Frameworks/VSDK.framework/Headers/VDK_DataBase.h:20,
	/Library/Frameworks/VSDK.framework/Headers/VDK_Parameter.h:3:23: 
FBL_Array.h: No such file or directory

But this file does exist. When I comment

//#include <FBL_Array.h>

in VDK_Parameter.h, all works fine, but I am not sure if other projects 
will break.
I am building on Mac OS X 10.2.
