YES.

HISTORY IS NEXT:

In the First version of V4RB I have made VBLOB.SetPciture().
- this have work only on MAC.
- this have work only for RB.

Later when I have work on V4MD, Andy Fuchs have suggest to use JPG as format
of storage of picture in database, because then we get cross-platform way.

As result in V4RB was born class Vpicture
And its methods Vpciture.SetPicture() and GetPciture()


    VBLOB.SetPciture() -- MUST DIE.
