[V4RB] Restore Dump Error Messages

Ruslan,

Glad to hear that it is on the list. :)  It is not VERY urgent yet, but  
will be soon... (within a week or so) as it will hold up the release of  
my software.  If it is not fixed by then, I'll have to write my own  
import/export utility (ugh..)
